What are the different types of wrestling?
The three types are folkstyle, Greco-roman, and freestyle. They all have the same goal of needing to pin your opponent to get the victory though. Freestyle is more of concentrating on a particular part of your body. On the other hand, folkstyle makes you wear your opponent down by delivering impact moves. Both styles would involve destroying your opponent until you can pin him for the three counts. Of course, it is an entirely different story if the rules of the match are changed as if it is a steel cage match because you just need to escape the cage to win.

You must know how to take a bump for your body. Your opponent is going to perform a bunch of moves on you as it is impossible for it to be a one-sided affair. You must sell the moves properly so the fans would know how important of a fight it is. In addition, you must wear a bunch of things like knee pads, elbow pads, and wrestling boots. If you are not used to wearing these things, you must get used to it by now. After all, you must decide if wrestling is the right sport for you.
